Professional Development: The Power of Presence
In a “Power of Presence” workshop, participants will explore the physical side of confidence: how you show up in a room, on a stage, or during key professional moments. I will guide your group through exercises on body language, vocal strength, and grounding techniques to help them own any space they enter. By practicing presence, posture, and vocal impact, participants will leave feeling equipped to project confidence authentically. While this workshop was originally created for all an all-female group, it’s applicable for participants of any gender.
Additional workshop add ons include: a Q&A panel with working actors in NYC to discuss how they maintain their confidence throughout the grueling audition process and 1:1 virtual post-workshop check ins with participants.

All Female Stage Combat/Boxing Workshops
As the film and theatrical industry continues to shift the way that they tell women’s stories, allowing us to slay the dragons ourselves and fight our own battles, it’s only natural that we equip ourselves to tell those stories.
It can be intimidating to step into a boxing gym or sign up for a stage combat class especially when you know you may be the only woman in that space. I began teaching these workshops to give female-presenting performers a safe space to learn the basics of unarmed stage combat through the lens of boxing and mitt work.
