About Me

Helena was born and raised in Hartland, Wisconsin, a tiny town somewhere between the land of cows and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Wisconsin wasn’t cold enough for her though, so she moved further north to Minneapolis, Minnesota to pursue studying English and Theater Performance at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Helena graduated with a BA from the UMN in the summer of 2019.

During the summer of 2018, she hopped over the pond to the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts for a short course focusing on Shakespeare. She fell in love with LAMDA and the rigor of the training and applied to get her Master’s in Classical Acting in 2019. She was accepted and graduated from LAMDA in October 2020. She has since moved and begun to lay down roots in New York, NY.

In 2022, Helena was a part of starting a non-profit theatre company called MAD Company here in NYC with some fellow LAMDA alumni. Their inaugural show was a production of Romeo and Juliet at the Underground Theatre April 2023.
